We’re a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the manufactured housing industry for more than 40 years. Over that time, we’ve gained hands-on experience on both the retail side and the manufacturing side, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the products, the sales channels, and the communities that make this industry unique.

Our company works directly with manufactured housing communities, park operators, and developers to provide improvements and essential systems that enhance the safety, comfort, and long-term value of manufactured homes. By collaborating with development teams, park management, resident groups, and trusted suppliers, we deliver solutions that remain affordable for residents while also supporting the financial strength and growth objectives of each project.

We’ve also established a Buyer’s Group program designed specifically for small independent retailers who don’t have the resources to purchase multiple homes at a time. Through this group, independent retailers gain the ability to buy from multiple manufacturers, receive better ship dates, maintain stronger backlog positions, and access more reliable production schedules. Most factories operate with backlogs of five to six months, and smaller retailers are often pushed to the back of the line, resulting in lengthy and unpredictable delivery times. By combining volume through our Buyer’s Group, we’re able to elevate independent retailers to the top of the production line and secure the same priority typically reserved for large dealers, reducing production delays and carrying costs.
